Booking Tickets
  1. Tickets can be purchased online or in store only, they cannot be purchased by telephone.
  2. Tickets can only be purchased from or in Stewarts Garden Centres. Stewarts do not authorise ticket sales through third parties and take no responsibility for tickets purchased through a third party.
  3. Tickets are not for resale and should only be purchased for personal use.
  4. Adult tickets must be purchased with at least one baby or child ticket. Stewarts reserve the right to void adult tickets booked without a baby or child ticket.
  5. Schools can arrange group visits in person in the Garden Centre they wish to visit as school visits cannot be booked online or by telephone. School ID will be required.
  1. Tickets are valid only for the location, date and time stated on the ticket.
  2. Everyone visiting Father Christmas must have a ticket, including adults and babies.
  3. Your ticket will be in the form of an email and must be shown to the elf at the entrance to Santa’s Winter Wonderland, either printed or on a smartphone or tablet. We cannot look up your booking for you.
  4. Tickets are only valid for the time and date stated on your ticket. Your booking is for a place within a 15 minute slot, in which a set number of places exist, and cannot be used at other times.
Inside Santa’s Winter Wonderland
  1. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult (ie. someone over the age of 18).
  2. Dogs (other than assistance dogs) are not permitted inside Stewarts Garden Centres.
  3. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in Santa’s Winter Wonderland, or in the Garden Centre including its outside areas.
  4. Please be aware there are flashing lights in Santa’s Winter Wonderland and within the store.
Changes to your Booking
  1. Should you wish to make changes to the time, date or location, or add additional tickets to your booking, we require at least 24 hours’ notice and changes will be subject to availability at that time. A £2.50 administration fee will be charged for changes to your booking. Should you wish to make changes to your booking, please call the Garden Centre you are booked in at and we will do our best to assist. We cannot accept change requests by email or post.
Cancellation& Refunds
  1. In the event that you need to cancel your tickets, we require at least 24 hours notice. Please call the centre you are due to visit to arrange this. A £2.50 administration fee per group booking will be deducted from your original purchase price. Refunds will not be given unless at least 24 hours notice is given about a cancellation.
  2. We do not accept cancellation requests by email.
  3. Refunds will only be given in the case of adverse weather if the event has to be cancelled.
  4. We do not offer refunds for non-attendance. It is your responsibility to check your booking’s time, date, and location. Please be sure to allow extra time for traffic.
  5. Should your booking have to be cancelled due Government restrictions or advice in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, full refunds will be given.
  6. If the event must be cancelled for any reason outside of our control, we will contact all affected customers and offer an alternative booking date subject to availability or a full refund.
  1. Covid-19 Safety Measures – In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced specific safety measures in an effort to safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of visitors to Stewarts and our staff. Details of current measures is available here and on signage throughout the stores.
