Booking Tickets
  1. Tickets can be purchased online only, they cannot be purchased in store or by telephone (except for SEN Sessions which can be purchased in store or by telephone but not online).
  2. We have a maximum party size of 10 people which must include at least 1 baby or child. Each booking will go in to see Santa separately, so please do not make multiple bookings and ask to go in together, this will not be possible.
  3. Adult tickets must be purchased with at least one Baby or Child’s ticket, unless the booking is within the designated ‘adults’ time slots as advertised on the homepage of santa.stewarts.co.uk.
  4. Tickets can only be purchased from santa.stewarts.co.uk. Stewarts do not authorise ticket sales through third parties and take no responsibility for tickets purchased through a third party.
  5. Tickets are not for resale and should only be purchased for personal use.
  6. When booking for children with additional needs we recommend booking our SEN sessions. For more information about these SEN sessions click here. Alternatively our morning bookings tend to be less crowded, so can make for a less crowded visit.
Admission
  1. Tickets are only valid for the location, time and date stated on your ticket. Your booking is for a place within a 15 minute slot, in which a set number of places exist, and cannot be used at other times.
  2. Everyone visiting Father Christmas must have a ticket, including adults and babies.
  3. Your ticket will be in the form of an email and must be shown to the elf at the entrance to Santa’s Winter Wonderland, either printed or on a smartphone or tablet. We cannot look up your booking for you.
Inside Santa’s Winter Wonderland
  1. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult (ie. someone over the age of 18).
  2. Dogs (other than assistance dogs) are not permitted inside Stewarts Garden Centres.
  3. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in Santa’s Winter Wonderland, or in the Garden Centre including its outside areas.
  4. Please be aware there are flashing lights in Santa’s Winter Wonderland and within the store. Please see our SEN Sessions page for further information.
Changes to your Booking
  1. Should you wish to make changes to the time or date of your booking, or add additional tickets, we require at least 24 hours’ notice and changes will be subject to availability at that time. These changes can be made by following the link in your ticket email free of charge. Should you need Stewarts to make the changes for you please call the Garden Centre you are booked at, but please note that a £2.50 admin fee will be charged.
  2. Should you wish to make changes to the location of your booking, please first book the new visit and then cancel your existing booking by following the link in your original ticket email. This will be free of charge. Should you need Stewarts to make the change for you please call the Garden Centre you are booked at, but please note that a £2.50 admin fee will be charged.
Cancellation & Refunds
  1. In the event that you need to cancel your tickets, we require at least 24 hours notice. Your booking can be cancelled free of charge by following the link in your ticket email. Should you need Stewarts to make the cancellation for you please call the Garden Centre you are booked at, but please note that a £2.50 admin fee will be charged. Refunds will not be given unless at least 24 hours notice is given about a cancellation.
  2. We do not accept cancellation requests by email or social media.
  3. Refunds will only be given in the case of adverse weather if the event has to be cancelled.
  4. We do not offer refunds for non-attendance. It is your responsibility to check your booking’s time, date, and location. Please be sure to allow extra time for traffic.
  5. If the event must be cancelled for any reason outside of our control, we will contact all affected customers and offer an alternative booking date subject to availability or a full refund.
