Santa and his Elves have been working hard all year to create a Winter Wonderland Village for all to enjoy this Christmas.
From the Elves' workshops to Rudolph’s stables prepare for a journey through Santa’s Winter Wonderland village. Santa’s friendly elves will guide you through the magical snowy walkway to meet him in his grotto. Have your photo taken with him for an additional cost and, if you’ve been good this year he might even let you choose your present from his ‘Secret Toy Store’!
For the very first time, after meeting Santa, your little one will be let into his secret toy store, where they'll experience the joy of picking a gift that’s just right for them, creating an extra-special memory to treasure forever.
It’s a new sprinkle of Christmas magic and the elves can’t wait to share it with you!
Babies (0-6 months) will receive a special ticket to receive a small cuddly toy.
Capture the spirit of Christmas with photos of family and friends sitting in Santa’s sleigh, transforming into his Elves, or playing inside a gingerbread house, all amongst a walkway of Christmas Trees.
This selfie walkway is FREE for all ages to enjoy! Visit before or after a booked trip to Santa’s Winter Wonderland, or as part of any visit to our centres.
Santa himself will of course be busy in his Winter Wonderland so tickets to meet him will need to be booked as normal below.

Capture the magical moment that your family meets Santa in his Grotto with a professional photo presented with a festive border and cardboard frame. A memory to cherish for years to come.
In November 2023, we announced that our reindeer friends, who have been cherished members of the Stewarts family for the past 14 years, have reached the end of their flying careers. We want to allow them to retire peacefully, to ensure their well-being and the happiness that they deserve.
For over a decade, they have been an integral part of our family, bringing alive the magic story of Christmas to children and yourselves. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for helping us tell this remarkable tale of Christmas, and we will miss them, just like we know you, our customers, will too.
